I came to school today to work on some marking and show a movie and found some learners with a wheelbarrel lined with a bloody sheep skin and full of the insides of the sheep. The boys were drooling over the parts we would never touch in America. Literally no part goes to waste...they even eat the colon after they squeeze out the poo! Yum!
