Hey everyone!
It's Madeline, Aly wanted me to post for her since she hasn't had time to get to a computer.
While wrapping up her first few days as a PC volunteer, Aly seems really excited about the whole thing. Monday morning, she flew to D.C. for her staging. From my understanding, this includes some information sessions, getting to know people, and waking up at 5am to get a lot of shots! From the mouth of Al, she "is having a lot of fun" and that "everyone is really nice." (I feel like I have heard her say that before...anyone else?) There are two girls from Miami in the group and Aly seemed really excited about this. Now, she is finally on a plane to Africa. Can you believe it?! Be sure to send her copious amounts of mail :)

So glad you have made it safe and sound to the African continent! How was the 15 hour plane ride? Can't believe there are 2 of you Miami girls in Namibia 27! So proud of you. Can't wait to hear more! Don't forget to CALL YOUR MOM (remember what happened to Madeline when she forgot?!)

Whenever I play a game on the computer, and hold down a button on the keyboard for a long time, when I press another key it has a VERY slow response time.
